Goods mean products, equipment, or facilities that Rentin sells or leases.
The shipper is a Rentin’s staff or a person authorized by Rentin to deliver the goods.
The following are general guidelines for understanding the substitution and return of goods that may arise during order fulfillment. The applicable details will be available in the order appendix.
Article 1: Rentin will substitute, refund (including the purchase/rental, shipping or delivery fees paid by the customer) to the customer in the following cases:
Rentin delivered goods that did not match the specifications as described on the order, and did not succeed in re-delivering that product/equipment as customer’s initial requirement.
Goods are damaged during transportation, and Rentin is impossible to recover this damage.
Goods are out of date or expired registration date.
Notice:
Among electronic orders, the final order will prevail.
Between an electronic order and a signed hard-copy one, the later will prevail.
Article 2: Customer checks the goods and signs to confirm status with the delivery person/shipper upon delivery. Upon detecting any of the above cases, customers can discuss directly with the shipper or respond to Rentin within 24 hours on the hotline.

Article 3: Rentin will not accept to substitute, return, or refund when:
Customers want to change type and performance capacity of goods and equipment different from the order, but there is no any official notice.
Customers cause adversely affect to goods situation: peeled, broken...
Customers operate improperly as instructed, resulting in damage to the goods and equipment.
Customers have checked and signed to confirm the status of goods, but there is no any response to the person in charge within 24 hours from the signing period.
Customers do not follow procedures required to receive warranty services.
Article 4: Implement of corrective maintenance, or substitution of rental equipment
Right after being notified by customers about damage, or incidents (if any), Rentin will make all our best effort (human resources, spare parts, etc.) to overcome situations.
When determining the overcoming not to be feasible to bring about the function for equipment, Rentin will notify the customer and proceed to mobilize the replacement.
Implementation for correcting and exchanging goods will be carried out within (01) week in best endeavor.
Note:
The default reliability is committed to 95%. It means that equipment will be allowed to stop to breakdown cumulatively up to 5% contract duration. Breakdown time exceeding 5% of the contract period will be deducted from the rent price.
