Shipping time and shipping charge

1. Shipping time 

Rentin will provide our client with estimated shipping time (or Delivery time) for our cooperation.

Shipping time is based on address of our base warehouse, and location of client worksite.

In addition, depending on terrain difficulty on journey, Shipping time may be longer. We will contact the client to clarify the delivery journey. Please provide accurate information as much as possible so that delivery will not be delayed, impact to your work.

Remark:

Rentin reserve the right to refuse delivery of certain places, such as:

• Remote areas, highlands and islands.
• Outside the territory of Vietnam.

In these cases, if you still want to use our services, please contact us to negotiate on specific contract terms in the traditional procurement way.

Shipping time includes:

• Preparation time at Rentin’s store, which is average 0-2 days
• Transportation time: depends on distance, and type of transportation mean. Time may be longer due to terrain factors.
• Time for installing and mocking up at worksite, which may vary depends on type of equipment.

Shipping time commence from the time your delivery is granted. Normally, your delivery is commenced right after Rentin receive client Warranty Deposit as required.

Transportation time can be estimated as follows:

Re-delivery time (to demobilize) will be equal to the delivery time.

2. Estimation for shipping charge

We apply below principles to estimate cost of equipment shipping:

• Dedicated shipment.
• Reference to the shipping charges of a reputable transporting company, plus about 25% for management cost and surcharge.
• Quotation for two ways delivery, mobilization and demobilization

Shipping charge (1 way) comprises:

1. Loading, handling
2. [km<30]* [Transportation rate 1]
3. [km>30]* [Transportation rate 2 ]

Remark: i and ii are included in fixed amount, iii is extra transportation charge (if any).
