1. Elements of service performance assurance

Rentin service performance standard will be delivered through:

  • Equipment reliability at least 95% of contract rental duration.
  • Output capacity within required range in the contract.
  • Competent personnel to carry out maintenance and operation. Personnel to have relevant experience and provided with required induction or /and training.
  • Compliance to health, safety and environment terms. Relevant certificates by regulation shall be available for operation.

2. Equipment specification

Equipment specification will be as per Rentin website display. Rentin will provide data sheet of equipment on your writing request.

To achieve reliability and environment standard, normally our equipment will be within 25 years old. However, some equipment may be older but still have good performance may be used which ever meet its reliability above 95%.

3. Reliability management

We invest and operate equipment meet both industrial and internal standard of performance and HSE.

During operating, we manage reliability through combination of:

  • Planned preventive maintenance which is time based or running hour based,
  • Corrective maintenance or breakdown maintenance,
  • Predictive maintenance,
  • And operating procedure to be implemented.

4. Substitution

Rentin, in best endeavor, provides service to customer with least interruption. Endeavor includes:

  • Have expert to have remote assistance via any  communication for troubleshooting,
  • Mobilize spare part, component and manpower,
  • Replace whole equipment,

Substituted equipment will have same basic performance range and standard with original one. Else, acceptance by customer operational representative must be adopted before hand.

In case Rentin fails to carry out substitution, customer can request substitution from third party to sustain the urgent operations demand, with notice and consensus by Rentin.
