To order equipment rental from our website, customers need to ensure that they have an email address, a contact phone number and a shipping address.
In case of the customer being an organization or business, the business ID number may be required in order to facilitate the invoicing, or to receive incentives or promotion from Rentin.
In addition to the rental cost, customers may be charged additional shipping costs for goods. Please see terms in Shipping Time and Shipping Charge
Steps for ordering equipment rental:
Step 1: Search for expected equipment
1a. Enter information required into the search bar
1b. After selecting the desired equipment, click on the icon for that equipment.
In addition to photos, please to see more consulting information, and product technical descriptions such as equipment type, model, specifications, etc… to make sure you choose the right product as expected.
Step 2: Provide rental service information
2a. Enter the starting and ending time for service. Note, customers need to choose the correct time information, including hours and minutes.
2b. Enter the attachment service (personnel for handling or operation)
2c. Carefully have a look on “Rental Policy”, before click on “ADD TO CART” button.
If customers want to rent more equipment, repeat Steps 1 and 2 as mentioned above.
Step 3: Estimate rental cost
3a. Click on the cart icon in the right corner of screen.
3b. Select “Go to check point” if customers want to move into Step of Payment; or select equipment’s icon to edit any information related; or select “VIEW AND EDIT CART”, which allow to enter Discount code, or add more shipping addresses when “CHECK OUT WITH MULTIPLE ADDRESSES” button is clicked.
Step 4: Enter shipping information
4a. Enter the customer's email. If the customer already has an account on the website, then just enter the customer email address, all customer information will be available for us, otherwise customer do need to enter all the information required as shown below.
4b. Select the shipping method. Note that different shipping methods will change shipping costs. In addition, depending on the shipping address, shipping costs will increase or decrease.
Step 5: Review and place order
5a. Select one payment method of the two different ways: (1) Order approval payment method; or (2) Check/Money order. When selecting method 1, customers need to provide additional information of the person authorized to approve. Note, Rentin may ask customers to pay a deposit.
5b. Enter business information to receive any discount.
5c. Check the entire order information; If approved, customers select rent equipment by clicking on “PLACE ORDER” button
Within one (01) working hour, Rentin will contact the CUSTOMER to clarify the requirements, confirm the execution of the order. Call information may be recorded to improve our operations. Order’ content can be edited based on the call. Upon completion, Rentin will notify the customer ordering successfully, and send an email to the customer's address to provide all information about the order, as well as to confirm that the equipment rental order has been accepted.
Next, fax of the order will be sent to the Customer's Company for the purpose of signing according to traditional procedures.
Normally, Rentin will deploy the delivery within 4 hours after sending email to customers.
