Terms of use and protect of client's information

1. Purpose & Responsibility

Protecting clients' personal information is an internal policy of rentin.vn, complying with Vietnamese laws to protect clients' interests, as well as our reputation.

Data collected on rentin.vn mainly includes: email, phone, username, login password, client address. This is the information that rentin.vn needs clients to provide compulsorily when purchasing on website, which is used for rentin.vn to confirm and perform the necessary acts to deliver the precise & sufficient goods at the right place and at the right time.

Clients will be solely responsible for the security and storage of sales information under their registered names, passwords and emails. In addition, clients are responsible for promptly inform us about any unauthorized use, abuse, breach of security, and storage of registered names and passwords of third parties in order to allow us responsing the cases with proper measures.

a. When will Rentin collect clients’ information?

We will collect client information when:

In addition, we may use the information collected to improve the content of the website.

We will not use any personal information of clients outside the purpose of confirmation and contact related to any transaction at Rentin.vn.

4. Confirmation, Modification of Client's Personal information

Clients can confirm, edit, add, delete, or cancel their accounts,

In case the client can not log in his/her account to view information, the client may follow the procedures of rentin.vn to request re-issuance of account information.

Clients have the right to review and edit the order information before ordering.

5. Assurance of confidentiality

Personal information of clients on rentin.vn is committed to absolute confidentiality under rentin.vn's privacy policy. Collection and use of information of each client is done only with the consent of that client unless otherwise provided for by law.

Rentin will not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party personal information of clients without the consent of clients.

In the event that a data server is attacked by a hacker resulting in the loss of client personal data, rentin.vn will be responsible for informing the incident to the investigating authorities for timely handling, as well as to clients to let them know.

We are committed to protect absolutely confidential for all information of online transactions of clients including digital invoice, accounting vouchers, etc… in the top secure data center of rentin.vn.

Rentin requires individuals who register to be a client or purchase/rent machinery/equipment on the website providing all relevant personal information such as: Full name, contact address, email, ID card number, phone number, account number, payment card number ..., and being responsible for the legality of the above information. Rentin are not responsible for, nor do we resolve any complaint related to the client’s rights if there is evidence that all personal information provided is not exactly at the initial registration
