1. Definitions and principles

“Rentin”, “we”, or “website” means the owner of Rentin.vn website.

“User”, “you”, or “client” means the person purchases and experiences on this website.

Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as Terms) are the things that both Rentin and clients need to understand and perform similarly, when using the service. Not to do or to do so with failure will naturally terminate the relationship between the two parties.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Website use

Users must be at least 18 years of age or access under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

We create the platform and provide accounts so clients can shop or rent machinery/equipment on the website within the terms of use. We do not allow others to use any part of this website for commercial purposes without our written permission. If any user violates the terms of use of this provision, we will cancel that individual's account without notice.

Clients must register for accounts and provide verified information about themselves, and keep it updated if any change. Account and password security is the account holder’s responsibility. Also, clients are responsible for everything done using their registration details. Clients must inform Rentin immediately when their accounts are accessed without authorization. We will not assume any liability, whether directly or indirectly, for damages or losses caused by clients not complying with the regulations.

During the registration process, clients need to reply whether they agree to receive advertising emails from our website or not. If selecting “Yes” initially, but then changing decision, clients can refuse by clicking the link at the bottom of every advertising email.

3. Client's review

All website’s contents and client's comments are the property of Rentin. If any information of clients found to be fake or not authentic, or the comment section be used to make unauthorized links or non-permissible advertisements for a third party, or give illegal information, Rentin will immediately lock that client's account or apply any measure in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

4. Order acceptance

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a client's order after notifying the client. We may ask further for phone numbers and addresses before receiving orders.

We are committed to providing accurate price information to consumers. However, if an error occurs, we also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not it has been confirmed. In this case, we will notify clients.

5. Intellectual property

All intellectual properties including but not limited to content of information, all designs, text, graphics, software, images, videos, music, audio, software translation, source code and basic software are our properties. We retain rights of ownership for all aforementioned intellectual properties.

The entire content of the website is protected by copyright laws of Vietnam and relevant international conventions.

6. Legal rights

The terms, conditions and contents of this website are governed by the laws of Vietnam and the Court of competent jurisdiction in Vietnam will resolve any dispute arising from the unauthorized use of this website.

7. Change, cancellation of transaction at rentin.vn

In any case, the client is entitled to terminate the transaction if the following measures have been taken:

  • Inform us about the cancellation of transactions via phone 0918.583.828 or a message at “Contact Us”.
  • Return goods received but not used or get any benefit from such goods in accordance with the Terms of Substitution and Return

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

For an order placed, Rentin will be responsible for fulfilling the relevant obligations.

9. Errorrs, Inaccuracies and Omission

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

10. Dispute resolution

Any argument, claim or dispute arising from or relating to transactions at rentin.vn or these Terms will be settled by negotiation, mediation, arbitration and/or Court under Consumer protection law.

We are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of clients’ personal information and be willing to use any technical measures to satisfy for that if necessary.

We will entirely comply with the Terms of Use and Protect of Client's Information to protect client's personal information, transactions and payments. 

Client's information during the online payment process will be encrypted to ensure safety.

In the event that the government bodies request, Rentin will have no choice to provide this information in accordance with the law.

12. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the website will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
